High Tech Pet has produced a pet door with an extremely weather tight seal, and it's called the Duraflex. This is one of the best bang for buck pet doors out there, a very high performer at a reasonable price.
This doggy door has magnets all the way down the sides and across the bottom. The magnets have a bit of float, so even if the flap shrinks in cold weather it will still seal. Stays closed when subjected to 50 mph winds, but when your dog opens with his nose, they're only breaking the seal of a few magnets, so it is still easy for pets to use!
The aluminum frame is powder coated white for durability.
